Instant noodles,Watch Hollywood Sex Fantasy (2001) ramen, whatever you call 'em -- it's always been there for us in our hour of laziness or when we're short on cash.
But what if you could use it as a coating for fried chicken? Thanks to the brainiacs at Guilty, a restaurant in Sydney, Australia, you can live that flavour-heavy fantasy.
Think fried chicken sandwich, where the chicken has been coated with Mi Goreng noodles and deep-fried, topped with kecap manis (an Indonesian sweet soy sauce) mayo, pickled carrot and wombok, fried shallots and chilli sauce.
My...my god. It's beautifil.

For those who don't know, Mi Goreng enjoys a cult following in Australia, thanks to its unhealthy ease-of-cooking and handy, multiple seasoning sachets that come included in each pack.
Mi Goreng itself is from Indonesia, and you can buy it around the world -- although you won't find the sodium-fuelled passion for the noodles anywhere like Down Under.
Hence this freaky burger. Dreamy.
