Fox News anchor Shep Smith didn't let his conservative network hold him back from ripping into Donald Trump.
It all came after a heated press conference,Switzerland movie 18+ during which Trump berated journalists, telling them directly "you're dishonest people." He also refused to explain why U.S. officials found that his aides had repeatedly been in contact with senior Russian intelligence officials.
Smith slammed Trump on-air for ignoring questions about his ties to Russia. Calling Trump's behavior "crazy," he said the president won't stop telling the American public "ridiculous" lies.

The conservative network of course hasn't exactly been an enemy of Trump, as he described Fox & Friends as "very honorable people" during Thursday's press conference.
But that didn't stop Smith from denouncing Trump and his failures to address factual information. He defended CNN's Jim Acosta amid Trump's "fake news" claims. And then he said exactly what's on a lot of people's minds right now.
“Your opposition was hacked and the Russians were responsible for it, and your people were on the phone with Russia on the same day it’s happening, and we’re fools for asking the questions?" Smith said, before turning to the camera directly, as if to address Trump to his face.

"No, sir, we’re not fools for asking the questions, and we demand to know the answer to this question," he said. "You owe this to the American people."
